Hiring Agents

If you where hiring agents would you put a image on your front page. I see it on the big companies. I know alot of agents look at my site. What are your thoughts

I would put a nav link named Careers or something. Not real big on the front page image.

I think it is a good idea. Could even help with consumer confidence in the company as in they are doing well that they are looking for more agents.

I work for a large regional brokerage. They have a drop down menu on the front page of the site that brings up a separate site devoted to becoming an agent. joinlyonDOTcom

I kind of like what they are up to with the site.

We find with our brokerage that quite a few people are looking to relocate , actually sell real estate and are looking to find a good company to work for. The other reason its good, is so that you can easily send people to your page for more info on joining your company. We could improve our marketing to realtors on our site for sure. Good thoughts!
