A couple of weeks ago I posted about some weird keyword data I found in my GA account.
Here is another weird one.
I have 1 week of data showing a user arriving at my site using a keyword term that is an entire quoted sentence of text from one of my content pages (similar to the search used to find duplicate content on the web). What is weird about it, is that it happens 3 to 5 times a day for 7 days straight taking a break on the weekend.
Immediately I thought that someone was pinpointing me for having duplicate content. So I did the search myself and found that it was 100% unique. It is the only keyword term of this length (an entire sentence) on my keyword report making it even stranger.
What gives? Why so many times? Anyone else see anything like this? Is it bot behavior?
