Default Passing off leads to buyers agents

Ok, so I have my website set up. I get leads. I contact the prospects, I email them using my personalized outlook stationary...I develope a relationship with the prospects...

How do I best, tactfully pass off these leads to my buyers agent while maintaining the relationship I built?

I would think that the prospect might be put off at the fact that I am passing them off to someone else, even if it is one of my team members.

What is the best strategy for doing this?

Tell them that the agent is a member or your "team", so that way they don't really believe that you are out of the picture. It will even give the appearance that they will have the help of two agents.

One step further, you need to let the buyer know that you have buyers agents that specialize in areas and based on the area that they are looking in that you are going to have them work with Joe Buyer Agent. Tell them that this allows your team to service their needs better and they get an agent that works only in the area they are buying so they have a much better knowledge of the market.

    Brilliant!
That makes the buyer even more confident in our services, while I can concentrate on generating the next lead.

    Thanks!
