Default So I have a rental property I've been posting on craigslist...

And I get a bot e mail from this company telling me my payments can "Vanish."

Is that what happens when you sell a property? LOL

Check out the form they want you to fill out to start the process.

Interesting form , seems like only someone super desperate would fill out to consider their offer.

Alot of bird dogs and wholesalers use that form every single day and make a good deal of money.

Thats a pretty standard form for those "We Buy Houses" people. You know the ones that put signs up all over town: Stop Foreclosure! We Buy Houses! Sell your house for CASH! <~ I love that one, what do most sellers get for selling their house...donkeys, cows, chickens?

Anyway, I always waned to put up a sign next to theirs...WE SELL HOUSES!

That seems like a pretty in depth form for your average seller. Most of mine struggle to tell me the taxes and payoff information without calling their bank or looking it up. I wonder what kind of response ratio they run compared to their total visitors.

    I wouldn't fill it out.

This form is only filled out by people looking to get out from under a house, not sell it.
