Moriah etc.

We need to revamp our site since our niche has evolved (lol) to a more specific target.
There are several things that will be changed. We would like to get going on this ASAP and I am willing to send out $1000 to get things started/on the schedule, if that is possible.
Moriah, I am sending you e-mail directly with colors etc. and you can quote me back here + probably need a programming quote too.
(the below will be on an e-mail to Moriah with photos etc.)

Here is the list of things that need to be adjusted/changed.
1. background color change to gray (color to be specified)
2. move phone number from the top right hand corner to middle above slide show, change color code to white
3. Change main logo color from navy to white), no background color
4. Search for anything box and button - make larger and frame in a box, color to be specified, change button color to color/design to be specified
5. Frame around slide show - take out double frame, leave one layer -change color to be specified, + take out vertical line in the slide show
6. Color of the background of the top section (back ground behind slide show and quick search) - change to a color to be specified
7. Quick search - remove frames around quick search - color stays WHITE, +
change color/design of quick search button (same color/design as for search for anything button)

NOTE: Depending on the look the slide show and the quick search may get ONE frame around them, maybe not - depends what it looks like after the changes

8. background of content and left sidebar - change color - color to be specified + add a small design (see e-mail for a sample)
9. Take out 2nd line of the two horizontal lines (the navy one with out tabs) below slide show and quick search
10. change look and color/design of tabs on the horizontal bar underneath slide show. To be specified.
11. Add Home Button to the horizontal bar on the left hand side, in front of advanced search
12. Change information tab (on the horizontal side bar to say) Denver Information
13. make the buttons/new bar larger + with larger font
14. left sidebar: change color/design of the buttons + make font larger
15. Main content area: make single column, change map search to stretch across the width of the content area and make it longer (similar to the size of the slide show + change color of the green on the map search -color to be specified) + originally we had a map view that had a small listings view on the left side of the map - can we get that please
16. Font across the site - currently the font color is being changed across the site contents to #000051, which is OK. We would like to increase the default font size (probably Moriah in the CSS) one size up and the font face change to something similar what the font currently is on the home page content section. Would like the font change across the board.
17. Change highlight default color to color/design to be specified
18. reduce the padding/margin on the content sections all the way around

I hope that is it.
We really want to get this on the schedule ASAP.
