I checked out phpMyRealty.com(PMR) and found it to be pretty good. But I have plans to use Joomla as the base CMS and that would make using PMR a mess. So I had a look at the Hot Property Demo. The demo wasn't all that pleasing as it doesn't seem to offer the features provided by PMR and the template too was bad. So what I want to know Is whether Hot Property is really feature deficient? Also can somebody give me a link to a site that uses it so that I can clear my doubts about the templating system as well.

Any solutions that can be used with Joomla/Drupal kind of CMSs will be great.

Drupal/joomla are great & proven CMS systems and real estate site script offering integration with these will be best choice.
