Default Hi from the Bay Area

I've been in the industry on and off for about a year and a half now since I have graduated from college. I started out at a mortgage brokerage in upstate New York that taught me how to NOT do business, lol. I'm new to the bay and a new company that is a "work from home" orginazation. I'm currently working with a couple different buyers and getting about 3-5 leads a day on my own in one of the hardest hit markets, so I think if I can do good now the sky is the limit when the market picks back up. I am also a music producer and am a member of a forum in that industry, I learned a lot there so it just dawned on me that there are probably real estate forums also..so here I am! I look forward to learning and networking with you all! OK, enough typing...back to work.

Welcome to REW... and for clarification Tampa Bay is The Bay Area so if you're from somewhere else (San Francisco, etc.) it should be noted as The Other Bay Area.

Just tryin' to help out, and again, welcome to REW.

Lol nice....I did not know that, and I'm not a local so I won't take it to heart, I'll make sure to tell everybody that around here though

Still don't know which Bay Area. I live outside of the San Fran Bay Area. I found this forum in a similar way -- was a member of a forum in a related industry and went looking for a real estate forum. Spending time here has worked out well for me. Anyway, welcome to the forum.
