Overture Keyword Suggestion Tool

Hi,

I remember back in the day I used to use the Overture Keyword Suggestion Tool quite a bit and it would not only suggest keywords for you but show you the number of searches that were performed for that keyword term over the last month. I have an Adwords account but that is not quite showing the whole picture that I am looking for. I really want to find the most searched words in my area for SEO. Has anyone come across a similar tool to this on the web?
