Both. In general i am looking for an agent to mrket my properties but i will not throw away any advise. My way of working is not to wait any client to find me. I am trying to make an network of agents and firms with which i can work. Till now i ahve made some good conacts with firms around the world and i belive that thius network will start work in feature and make all the sides happy. For now on the Balkan in estaern Europe the properties are with cheap price but this will be not for a long time so i am trying to attract forigner investitors. There is good potential here. You can come and see the prices f the properties which i have. I am trying to gave the real price for my costumers by contrast with the other firms on the Balkan which are trying to robb the clients from abroad. This is one of the reason by which i am not selling a lot of properties on the sea side (the prices are unreal at the moment - in Turkey they are with the same qaulity but with half price). I am searching for good properties with good prices (this dosen't means that i am not selling and from there but i prefer to introduce the real situation to my clents befor taking the final decision). Some clients respect this, some dosen't want to hear. In some cases this make me bad because some firms didn't belive that my prices are so good. I am trying to sell more insted of selling one with high price. I belive that one day my clients will take into consideration.

As far as the properties are concerned, I am not sure how you will be able to sell it to foreign clients when the brochures you are putting out are in Bulgarian language with minimal English description.

I am not sure that i am understanding what you mind about that most of my broshure is in Bulgarian. Pleas be more specific. If you mind about the hotel. OK. This is beacuse i am waiting now more pictures and description about it.
