Default Copying Drip Emails For Multiple Agents

Please tell me there is an easy way to do this!

Here is what I want to do:

Logged in as superadmin, I would like to create several different drip email documents for drip email campaigns for multiple agents and for myself. To do this properly, I need to have something on the order of about 20 different actual emails that can be used to create 5 or so different standardized drip email campaigns for various types of leads.

I would like to be able to transfer all of these documents into each one of the agents section so that they can simply be inserted into the agents template that is created while they are logged in.

As you can imagine, recreating this for multiple agents would be difficult, cumbersome and prone to multiple errors and inconsistencies.

Is this or something like this possible? Anyone done it or have any ideas how I can manage something like this?

I had that problem initially as well as I set up everyone from the admin panel. This created problems so I have everyone set up individually and it is a nightmare...fine for one person, but, it isn't scaleable.

That's not a bad idea, but, I want all the drip emails to be the same. I don't want them writing whatever they want. It's not because I don't trust them - it's just that I want a clear, concise and unified message going out to everyone so that I have better control of what is and what is not working so I can assess and make changes as necessary. I realize it sounds a little rigid, but, I think it will allow us to be more effective long term.

In a perfect world, this is what I want:
    • One set of documents that I create. I want to be able to either transfer them or have the agents be able to have access to them.
    • Each agent will have their own template that is branded to them and I can.
Actually, there are so many ways to do this that I'm not actually sure I know the best way yet. Let me tinker with it today and I'll try to put together a new post or maybe even figure something out that will work and is scaleable...

i think you are going at it all the wrong way. Drip mail need to be from the heart and be personal. People can tell when it isnt. The will just block them.

I agree. It needs some control. I have been receiving some drips from realtors with incorrect spelling, no formatting of paragraphs or signature (<br/>, <p/>, etc), multiple size fonts, etc. Not quite a professional first impression.

I'm with the one unified message group. I'm still a bit behind y'all hoping to have agents on board soon, but to clarify the issue right now -- the super admin can create a drip but all messages have the same contact info. To get individual agent's info you must create the drips individually.

Work order/request would be drip created by the admin and then implemented by the individual agent. Maybe even a way for the individual agent to change which drip the client is receiving if client/lead changes direction/focus. Am I understanding this correctly?
