So grammatically speaking. What is the correct form to write real estate or Real Estate?
If it's in a heading (where capitalizing the first letter of each word is appropriate), then "Real Estate" is appropriate.
If it's in a name (a "proper noun"), then it's appropriate to capitalize it. Example: "Coldwell Banker Real Estate"
Any other time (that I can think of), it will be INappropriate to capitalize it. "We are your best resource for Real Estate information!" is lame and wrong. Just like you aren't supposed to write, "We are your best resource for Salmon Jerky and Bacon-Wrapped Scallops!" Wrong, wrong, wrong.
"But I LIKE to write it that way. I think it looks cool and makes people excited." Fine. You do that. But many of your readers will recognize it as an error.
But I love Bacon-Wrapped Scallops!![]()
