Post Articles, Blog or Create Pages?

I am not sure I understand exactly what the best thing to do with my articles is. Do I submit them to numerous article sites? Do I submit the same article to as many sites as I can? Do I create another page on my site? Do I post it as a blog? Or, can I do all of the above?

You can do everything as long as your articles are not exact duplicates because I read somewhere that there is a fine or something when there are duplicate posts.

I have heard that as long as it is unique you are fine. My question is, how unique does it need to be?

There is no benefit of submitting one article on various sites because it is just like spamming. Post your one or two articles on different sites and analyze the response like views and comments etc. Select the sites according to their popularity, relevancy to your topic and PR.

Article Submission, I think is much better than blog posting. When you post an article on a good quality article submission sites, there is a chance of getting higher traffic when they approve and publish your articles.
