My new LEC2 Is Almost Ready?

Nice site.. like the color accents. IMO, in this market I would put a buyer's focused box on the left instead of sellers. I like the market stats box on the right though.

Wilmington market effected by banks situation at all? or just Charlotte?

thanks... oh yeh.. Wilmington is definately effected... pretty much shut down new builds, developments, and commercial projects that were not already funded

Hey Buddy - your colors are awesome! I think that is the best use of color I have seen so far.

I found on the blog posts that I am better off to post a picture with the blog than the author pic. Somebody pointed out to me that my pic over and over again was too much. The blog pic will show up in the same place as the author pic and adds something to the post itself.

Other than that - I am very impressed!

The colors look great and I like the texture.. You have something in your sidebar that I have been thinking about implementing that I really like - Favorite Searches.

I haven't quite figured out how I want to implement it, but, this could be something that you track in analytics and change periodically based truly on what users are actually searching on your site. And, what better way to boost the rankings for the most popular searches than by making sure that you are getting the internal linking needed? I think this could be a great way to utilize the information we can gather about the site and use it to convert more business.

It looks great. I'm sure you will be happy with your conversions.

I agree with Ryan - that is a really good way to utilize a search box. Just putting the wording Favorites in the box will probably get searchers to go deeper into your site - not to mention the linking advantages.

I'm a stickler for spelling, though, and noticed one misspelled word on the homepage ("wondeful").
