How do you assign a champaign to a customer.

Can you give me step by step instructions on how a lead gets assigned to a champaign?

1. Create a group.
2. Assign leads to the group by checking the checkbox for that group when you create or edit the lead.
3. Create the campaign, checking the checkbox next to the name of the group you just created. Those will be the people who receive the emails.

Vera-- I just went back to Amie's desk. Now all of a sudden she has no champaigns.

Where did the champaigns go??

The campaigns issue is resolved, and Amie's campaigns are all back.

Regarding all agents being able to see all the email documents: actually that's not quite true. They can see all the documents that are in categories they created. Theoretically, each agent should have his/her own categories and they should only be able to use their own categories for their documents. I'm not sure how Amie's categories were used for some of Omar's documents.
