Default Free Advertising from the big PPC networks

I thought this was worth a post here, I just sent it to my managers and posted it on another

Currently multiple websites are offering FREE advertising dollars to get
you through the door on their content networks to advertise your goods
or services. If you have a website, and are willing to spend a HOUR or
two to get the money , you might as well do it. You should be able
to set everything up in under a hour if you're used to this stuff ,or about
    2 hours if you're not.

The total in free advertising is $250

$125 In free facebook ads -

Currently Facebook is trying to get people to advertise on their network.

They are offering a $25 incentive for you to open an ads account (You
NEED a facebook account for this, which you should have anyway).

Step #1 Set up a FB ads account http://www.facebook.com/ads
Go through the process to set up an account ,they will require
a CC# , but it will only be charged once you go over the limit.
Once you have done that , use this Coupon code : 8CH1-5VW1-Y96N-2P94

Step #2 Go to the top right screen of the website, and do a search for "The
Visa Business Network". Click on "Join This Cause" and fill out all the
required information regarding the network. They will EMAIL you a
coupon code worth $100, you will have to input this on the ads screen
    to get credit.

Step #3 Design your ads (There are many tutorials for this).

There are no strings attached to this offer that I know of, and just so you
know 833,000 ad views is equal to a major TV network ad.

$100 in free Yahoo YSM ads.

Yahoo is offering $100 in free ads very similar to Facebook , but the rate
    of success is SIGNIFICANTLY higher.

    Step #1 Go to http://sem.smallbusiness.yahoo.com/s...abr=2022416117
and sign up under the link at the top right.

Sign up to the network , and make a deposit in your account (The minimum is $25)
and complete the transaction. It normally takes about 2-3 days to get the credit, but
once that is done you will have a total of $100 free dollars to spend on your ad campaign.

Setting up an ad on this network is very similar to Facebook , if you need help , go through
some of the online tutorials. You will also have to set up a "Minimum CPC Amount" This
is what you pay to get someone to click on your website address. I would start in the 25
cents area and then adjust up and down depending on your keywords. I have a relatively
successful account that spends $3 per day at a maximum cost of 50 cents (I spend $10
a month) and have closed 2-3 houses this year for about $200 in ads.

    Optional $50 Google Adwords Credit

Google (The BIG one) is offering a $50 credit for those who want to advertise on their
network (It's a partnership with Yahoo). You should be able to go to this link :
    http://sem.smallbusiness.yahoo.com/s...abr=2022416117

And sign up with an adwords account. Like with the adwords account, you will
be required to make a small deposit ($5) to start the account.

The setup is very similar to Yahoo and Facebook with designing an ad. The biggest
difference is that EVERYONE USES GOOGLE so the competion is much higher.

So , there you have it, about $250 in ads for a total of $30 (If you eventually spend the $30)

Now , lets look at what you get for that $250.

    Using a .10CPM rate for Facebook , a 1.4 CPM for Yahoo, and a 1.2 for google
and the free ads you're getting , you should receive (rounded)

    1,250,000 Views from Facebook
    71,500 Views from Yahoo
    42,000 Viewers from Google.

That's 1.36 MILLION people who will see your ad, and 1.25 MILLION of them will
see your pretty face if you add your picture to the facebook ad.

If you want to do me a favor after you've had your fun with the free advertising, visit
my success blog where I like to talk about stuff like this. http://20yearbillionaire.com and
let me know if you made money from it. I'm setting a goal of helping others make $1,000,000,000
in income over the next 20 years. Better yet , subscribe to the blog and tell me how you
    do with this advice!

(Mods, if this last paragraph is too much of a plug ,let me know).

Facebook thing worked like a charm. Already have done those other credits. Great stuff!

there are several promotions out there for facebook if you look around. I've received $250 toward ad credit thus far this year. You might also check into msn, I used ad credit for them as well but was 1+yr ago, of course best results are with yahoo/google.

For Godaddy users they always have credits from ppc sources. I actually got a $250 Google Adsense credit when I joined one of their affiliate programs. I canceled the affiliate program a couple days later but they let me keep the credit. I actually sold a home to one of the people that visited my site from that credit so it really worked out well.

Which affiliate program was that? $250 can go a long ways!

The $250 he's talking about is most likely the domain reseller package from godaddy. It costs $250 to get ,ad you get a $500 adword credit (If this is the one he's talking about).

I've tried to find all the coupons that are free for the most part, and those offers were as far as it went. Adcenter's $100 coupon is no longer valid, which sucks.

You can't beat free advertising money.

I had some with Godaddy I didn't even realize until my brother pointed it out to me. He was using his, mentioned it to me and I had no clue. Gotta love the free stuff!

It was the domain reseller program. Affiliate marketing is a hobby of mine and at the time I thought about getting in to the domain registration biz. Then I found the next day where I could become an affiliate of theirs without having to pay for it so I canceled it without really ever doing anything with it. I never thought I would get to keep the $250 but it was still there and I gladly used it.

Brandon, thanks for the tip I will look into it and see how it plays out. I cannot see how it would hurt to have a few bucks of free advertising.
