Why is it that an agent can see other leads NOT assigned to them

In the CMS2, I have myself set up an agent. denadavis is the agent login.

Then I go to search leads and I dont put in anything in the field. It pulls up ALL the leads in the system not only the ones assigned to Dena Davis.

That is not right. An agent should only have access to their own leads. Not an awareness of all the other leads not being assigned to them.

Then I go to documents. Same issue here. Why is it that I can see all the documents all the documents written by any agent in the company. That is not right.

Then you go to Campaigns -- and you see every campaign in the lead manager.

When I go to manage agents-- there is one agent there. That is jesse's test agent. So I dont know why that is there. But its not giving me the other agents. So I guess that is good. But this thing doesnt make any sense.

Please clean up this system. It is confusing.

The problem is that you are a designated admin. The other agents who aren't admins won't be able to see all that stuff. You can uncheck that if you want to see just what a regular agent would see.

I saw another of your posts that led me to believe that you were having trouble understanding leadmanager.

If you are going to be admin and also an agent. Set up a second account for yourself as agent.

Distribute "all" leads from the admin. As you get them all assigned, there will be none there for you as admin to see unless you click on "system summary". Then you will see all leads for the day regardless of who they are assigned to. Agents can not see the "system summary". If you click on the "week" tab and then do "system summary" again, you will see all leads for the week, and likewise with the monthly view. To see all leads beyond a month, go to search and put in no criteria and you as "admin" will see all leads.

Now, once you get all leads distributed out of the admin then go login as agent and you will see that all the leads are present there.

The idea is to get the "admin" screen cleared out. Meaning all leads are distributed and responsible parties have been notified and leads present in "their" leadmanager.

My "admin" screen is always empty of leads. That way I am sure they are being dealt with and then the admin can go fishing. LOL

I just logged in as your regular agent account (I see you changed it from being an admin) and as two others of your agents. I saw a different set of both leads and documents for each of the three accounts.
