This seems to be happening more with the new sites. I have a few sites that are in the same situation.

You're right. Today I slipped from #8 search term Charlotte Real Estate to nowhere to be found on Yahoo? I am still #2 in MSN, and in the second page on Google, AOL. Strange! Just wondering.

IMO, when it comes to "H1", once is enough.
