Why do so many of you make lead conversion so difficult?

Great Post! I think I will use some of your tactics to help convert some of these leads to sales for myself. I don't get near the amount of registrations that some of you do but I would like to be able to convert more of the ones that I do get.

Generating leads is not a tough task but converting those leads in to revenue generating needs many serious considerations. Much depends upon the follow up style, content of the correspondence, odder structure, served list of existing clients and clearity of terms etc.

I wonder if generating leads using the traditional way works far more effective than the ones generated online. Perhaps by using downlines or agents to network at a personal level will yield more genuine leads? Anyone can justify my thought?
