Saved Searches Email

I seem to have another issue with the saved searches email that is sent out to prospects.

I have one set up for myself as a test.

Every day I now receive the email of "new listings" which is expected.

What is not right is that every day the listings in this email are the exact same as the day before. The listings in the email do not change so they are not "new listings" on the market.

Each day they are the same 8 listings they have always been since I set up the saved search alert. I am assuming since that is what I am getting all other leads get the same kind of redundant/duplicate emails also.

Is this because the listings displayed on my site are not getting updated or is there something wrong with the saved searches email function?

Ok - two days now of not receiving an email of latest listings at all.

We have gone back from receiving duplicate emails every day to the problem Vera fixed for me a while back of no emails going out at all and before that being unable to save saved searches.

There seems to be a problem with this feature as it has not worked properly since the site went live two months ago. We seem to have taken a step backwards to where no emails are being sent again.

Can I please get this fixed so it works properly and I don't have to constantly test it?

Hi Bruce,

I found the issue and resolved it - Saved search emails will now go out Monday - Friday. I send out a batch manually just now. Sorry for the troubles.

Sorry for the troubles around the holidays but I do appreciate your attention to it.

I did receive one email for one of the test alerts I set up. I will keep an eye on a few of the future ones to make sure they are updating with actual new listings.
