    Default terms of use

When I open my terms of use, like a consumer would when they sign up, note pad opens and shows gibberish. A few seconds later word opens up and is complete. Not sure why note pad is gibberish? Any suggestions?

Can you add 2 lines to my terms of use

    5. User is not an agent or broker
    6. User is not working with an agent or broker

    Thanks

It shouldn't be opening in notepad because it's a word document - should open in word. Must be something with your PC that's opening it in the incorrect application.

I'm not sure we can add those conditions to the terms of use because the terms are defined by the MLS board and it is not something they require. When we get back from holiday - we can ask them if it'll be permitted.

    Thank you,

I understand. I have similar terms on my registration, but since this is before the registration, thought I'd weed out the undesireables.

As for why note pad tries to open, I am not sure of that either, but it tries that first. Thanks
