    Default Traffic from Google for Real Estate

    Hi!!

    I am taking care of a real estate project now a days and as market of real estate is effected by slow down, i am interested to know what potential a real estate website may have in terms of organic traffic.

    if anyone may give his view/opinion.

    the project i am taking care of, is listed good in SERPs and ranks for almost all major/minor keywords of the business.

    Do a search with the Google keyword tool and find out what monthly volume your keywords are fetching, if your focusing on Real Estate for your keywords that`s a pretty big task.

    With the information you provided it is hard to give an estimate. Organic traffic depends on the market you are in and the keywords you target.

    I think in order to provide you a realistic picture, we need to know more:

    Where are you located?, what kind of site do you have? (some do better than others by an amount that would stagger you, IMO), what specific keywords do you rank for?, and what you url is...etc.

    If you provide, I am sure we can give you some quick guidance.

    i am actually interested to know whether seraches in real estate industries has reached its saturation level or not?

    though fyi, we are based in india and targeting quite competitive keywords and up to some extent doing good if not the best.

    look up big city keyword combinations in Google Trends and you can see a long term decline in search volume. for example:
