I am wondering if anyone can help me decide.

I have looked at 99% of all the scripts on the net and I keep coming back to two scripts that are made by the same person. They seem to be the most robust for the money, Real Estate Script http://www.therealestatescript.com/ and PHP Real Estate Classifieds

At hotscripts, there are a lot of positive reviews for PHP Real Estate Classifieds. I am wondering why this forum shows php real estate script as banned. Is there any relation to the developer and why is he banned?

I am wondering why he has two very similar scripts. I read his comparison, but really see only one difference in the user payment method. I don't know which one to get. Does anyone have any experience with either of these?
