Happy New Year to everyone and may this be a much better year in the real estate business for all in 2009. I think we are all glad to see the end of 2008. My prediction is that with 2008 being the bench mark, 2009 should be an improvement in our industry if they keep comparing it to last year. Good luck everyone...

Happy New Year. In as much as we hope for the best in 2009. We all know what's in store for our industry. It will continue to be a good time to buy and invest. A majority of the sellers may be banks.

@Tampa - it is not as bad everywhere as it is in FL. We will just have to see what the next year holds. Either way - good Realtors will find a way to make things happen.
