Saved searches from Snippets?

I am not sure if this is even possible but is there a way to really get specific for when I set up saved searches for clients for example if I wanted to define road names, complex names, coops that allow pets, etc.. things that we do not have the ability to do when we set up searches right now.

Adding complex/subdivision to the save search choices would not work well because not every agent puts down the name of a development but if there re 10-12 road names I can define those in the snippet or whatever and it will always bring up every home for sale in the development.

Anyway let me know if something like this is possible and how/where would I even be able to do it since I see no option to say "create snippet for saved search" that will email the client all homes/townhomes based on the snippet criteria and I think that would be an awesome feature

Hi Mike,

In order to do this - we'll need to add the fields to the search form. The fields do not have to show up for the regular user. (we could make them show up only from when clicking on the "Create saved search" from the backend ....

So far we have these fields that you would like to add:

1) Street Name
2) Allow Pets

Could you specify the exact fields that you would like to save searches for? Then we can estimate adding them all at once.

Street name and pets are great, also parking (so I can define garage, assigned, etc). I really can't think of anything else right now off the top of my head.

Hi Mike,

We could add "Street name, "Pets", and "Parking" as search fields when you are signed in from the lead manager in a 1.5hr programming project. The street names would be entered separated by commas - pets and parking would be select boxes.
