Default SoCal MLS and listings from out of area agents

    Hi
the SoCal MLS is including local homes, listed with out of the area agents, in it's search results.

For example, an agent from MRMLS lists a home for sale in fullerton, which is in the area of SoCal MLS. It used to be that the listing would not show up in the SoCal MLS (unless the agent did a reciprocal listing). However, it seems to be automated now.

Why would those listings not be showing up on our REW IDX?
Or, Is there a way to make those listings show up in our IDX.

    Thanks

I believe it's because we have the SoCal IDX feed. So it only contains the listings from SoCal. This question might be better answered by your MLS. I'll see if I can get some more information for you.
