Making a pre-built message

I just e-mailed a lead from the backend today. There's a tab for pre-built messages. I don't have any right now and would like to know how to make one.

In your lead manager, you add it as a document under the document tab. You can create a category and add specific emails to that category. When you go to email, the Pre-built messages show up in the drop down menu. You just click on the message you want to send and put something in the subject line and off it goes and then shows up in your notes.
