Listing Book (heard of or used it?)

Has anyone used or heard of Listing Book. Our MLS just partnered up with them and are rolling it out this month.

I use it. My clients love it. It's free.

It's a program that allows me to set up MLS searches for my clients so that they can help me help them. They can change the search parameters, and I am updated as to what/where they are now looking for.

They are updated daily about new listings and price changes. They can view homes that have the features they want, and view homes with the features that they must have. I can filter out short sales, or filter in only reos.

My sellers are automatically updated about comparables, and how many people are viewing their home online (on the system). They know when the home down the street reduces their price or when a new home comes on the market. They also know when I am promoting their home.

I can see which homes my buyers are looking at and i'm updated when they change their searches. I no longer hear 'How come you didn't show me this home or that home?'.

It's another tool in the arsenal. It's easy to use. It's free (or you're paying for it anyway in your dues).
