I'm looking to refer the listing of a very nice, nearly-new 9.5 acre horse farmin the Lawrence, PA area. The seller is an old friend of mine and wants a personal referral. He's not had great luck with other Realtors in the past and needs to get it right this time. Specifically, he needs a hands-on Realtor that will communicate with him several times a week, not a "list it and forget it" type Realtor. I have tons more information for the right candidate to make this a win-win. Listing agent agrees to pay a 30% referral fee to the referring agent.
