I have noticed 3 times recently in my lead manager people showing up as having filled out a form, though I never got a e-mail about it or any information about what they may have put into the form.
I have left the latest one in my LM
What is going on with this?

It's likely from the send to friend form. To correct this - I have made registration required to view the send to friend form.
