Of course it looks great - coming from you - I like the selection of categories- I like the navigation at the top of the page so a user can still easily do a search for homes or take a look at the blog. What about a category for modern design or specifically for condos - that to me is one of the distinguishing features about your site.
I hope you are able to build some community.

Well thank you for the feed back. I think you right about the condo category. I might combine them as condos and lofts. I will also seriously consider a modern home category as well

Looks good all VB forums are the way to go if you want a forum. Just make sure you keep on top of it maintenance wise as spammers will love you if you rank well, you already no followed non relevant links which is good and avoid duplicate posts. Keep an eye out in webmasters for any link issues that might occur.

Would be really cool if REW's lead system could some how be incorporated into the forum. Guess it would have to be a REW forum, but it would nice to have user's log-in for searches... and then head straight to the forum (already being logged in).

Guess there is not to many realtors out there with forums attached to their site.. so nevermind.

Nice forum. Pretty slick transition. You have to be pretty motivated in the beginning to get good content to start flowing on the forum, but best of luck.

Also another thing. When you go to register to the forum... the box with the "rules" only shows a link: here (which links to the forum index).

If you click "I have read, and agree to abide by the Dwell Atlanta Real Estate Forums rules.".... it still lets you register for the fourm though.

A little hard to explain, but that's what I am getting.
