Can't assign leads

I am bringing on a buyers agent, and I am trying to assign leads to myself that I am already working on. when I assign them to myself I get the email saying they have been assigned, but on the lead manager it still shows them as pending???

makes it impossible to keep track of my progress, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. I tried looking at them in system summary and still pending

It will show as pending until someone accepts it or changes the lead status via the drop-down menu.

Accept it where? I used the drop down menu to assign them to myself, got the email saying they had been assigned to me. I do not see any way to accept them. If you click on them individually it shows me as agent, but on any other view still shows pending

Assuming you are using CMS2, it is the drop menu under edit lead status .....
