Blog suggestion

I wasn't sure if I should put this in here or under Blog. I went to the blog area today looking for a blogger in a specific region of Tennessee. I did not see any where to do a search for article subjects / content, etc. Did I miss something? I was on the home page. Could we install a Google site search or something for the blogs?

Example: Someone lands on the home page and wants to search for Germantown TN blog posts, etc. or the subject of interest rates. If I missed it and it is there, I'll feel dumb, if it's not there, can we get it installed? Thoughts? I think it would be helpful for user friendly experiences.
