Move this if there is a better section that I missed. I came across this post and felt someone should help them. I am not sure how accurate this is but felt it should be brought to the forum members attention.

i have a question, we're on the process of buying a home, we were told that the offer has been accepted and the contract is on its way - the place was off the redfin for two day now and today, we we're told that the house has received another offer - i saw today that the house was Active again on MLS. Is this possible?

we're really upset but we don't have a clue on how to work on this. please help. we really want to move because we really need the space. i know it's all about the money but will someone out there help us find a house that we could stay.

there's six of us living in a backyard with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom - no living room. please help. we we're pre-approved for 360,000 and have extra 400,000. we want to live near santa clara as possible. 95133, 95132, 95131.
