Default Question about couple of things

I've been working in CMS2 since October and everything is working fine. I just have a question.

When I'm looking at the list of returning leads, what do these columns/values mean?

    Here are examples:
    Visits: 1/13
    SFAV: 0/19
    SSRCH: 0/1

Another question. What's the difference between Summary and System Summary tabs in Lead Management?

And the last question. When the lead comes in, I put them in a specific group and then the first drip email goes out the next day. If I don't assign a group to a lead, then drip emails are not being sent out. What if I put that lead in a group 30 days after they signed up, will they start receiving drip emails starting from the beginning or will they start receiving emails that are scheduled to go out after 30 days. Does that make sense?

    Thanks for your help.

What's the difference between *Summary and **System Summary tabs
*Summary shows leads not assigned by Admin for the default time you set by default (under agent edit), or by the time frame you select on right nav bar
**System Summary is for everything in the data base (including assigned leads) by the time frame you select (ie; total of all leads received, ie; today, week or month).

will they start receiving drip emails starting from the beginning..
Believe they start from the beginning. Each leads starts with the first email of the campaign from the day assigned to a group.

Thanks Drew. That certainly clarifies a few things.

I'm really curious to know how the drip emails are being sent out.

    Thanks

Drew is correct. Each lead (if they are part of the campaign group) starts at the beginning with email #1, and then gets the subsequent ones based on the send delay value you've indicated.
