Going the extra mile - What separates you from the pack?
I guess I've really got a couple questions I'd like to throw out there.
1. What separates average agents from excellent agents?
2. Does it really make any difference? Will an excellent agent sell more homes than an average agent? If a well priced home with average/good photos is put on the mls won't it sell quicker than a home listed by an excellent agent with an overpriced listing?
So I guess I'm asking why go the extra mile when all you really need to do is list the house at the right price?
