    Default Hello from Mississippi!

    Hello to everyone, actually found this site by pure accident, looks like a wealth of information. I work for a multi faceted real estate company in the Jackson MS area. Our specialty is true turn key investment property sales.
    We stumbled into this business as a result of being a HML when the credit crash occured. Rather than bury our heads in the sand or ask the goverment for a bail out, we dug in and decided to succeed.
    In 18 months we have rehabbed, stabilized (by renting) over 150 properties. We now provide a true turn key program that includes providing everyting from interim loans for purchase to property management after the sale.
    As I join in on forum discussions I will show you guys how we tend to stand out from others in our area and nationally. Our cornerstone is customer service and we think we do it well.
    I join these type of sites not really so much to market our company but to gather from investors what you like and dislike about the industry and what we can all do to make it better.

    Oh well, enough abuot me, let's talk about making money.

    It's why I have to code everything Madison-related with WI...'cuz there are just so dang many Madisons all over the country!

    Wow, several people from Tampa on here. I actually have some business ties to your area. Also some personal ties, the school I train Jiu Jitsu at has two sister schools in Tampa.
