Add Map Search Image and Link to Home Page

Please provide me with a quote to add an image/link on the left hand navigation bar of my home page just under the list of links. This image will link to my "By Map" property search page. The image will look similar to the image at the top right of www.hartanovteam.com (accept made to fit with my unique color scheme and style), which says (and will say on my website) "Map Search" and under that it says "Search for real estate listings using our interactive map search" and under that there is an image of a map with an icon of an magnifying glass that says "Enlarge Map". Depending on how the image/link looks on my left hand navigation bar, I may end up having it placed somewhere else on my home page but I first need to see it on a test page on my left hand navigation bar.

Seems like this one is mostly for design to estimate making up an image.
The only thing that might be programming related is the links below the map search graphic. Do you want those as well?

Normally "basic" call to action graphics are billed out at $300 but this sounds like it is more custom (and there will likely be more back and forth) so I would budget at least 5-7 hours for it as it sounds like you are wanting it mocked up with your design to "see how it looks"

Also please be advised that it will need to be different (sufficiently) from what Hartanov team has.
