Artur, if you put yourself forth as an expert on the goings on in your area, people may be more likely to come to you for help when they want to buy a home because they've seen that you know all about the area. It's amazing too how hard it can be at times to find out information about local events too, so you're providing a great service

I think writing about communities and areas is your best bet. When its picked up on the search for that area you get a bonus of some google juice too. Thats my .02 anyways. Why write about stuff that in some vein doesnt have a small sliver of driving the combo of the search results and what the customers want in regards to motivation to buy...

Everyone hits this point when blogging. There's only so much you can talk about before you start to sound repetitive. Try to focus on your local market and how it's changing from quarter to quarter, or maybe just blog about new listings that are hitting the market.

Here's a great tip for anyone...

Focus on the keywords and the headline of the blog. Think of each potential way you can think of that people are looking for a certain kind of property. Tie the article into the keyword and that will be an ice-breaker.

As far as the fear of repeating yourself... don't worry! No one pays that much attention to you anyways, you just want good content for SEO and authority. As long as you aren't repeating yourself verbatim no one will really notice.

Lastly, if that fails, buy some private label rights articles about real estate and spin them.
