    Does anyone know if using PHP/HTML encryption solutions like CodeLock can result in spidering/search engine positioning problems?

    Yes. Don't encrypt. It's a waste. I can break any encryption in minutes. If you try to prevent someone from viewing your source or code, it will only make them want it more.
