How are you sending out your monthly drip campaign?

I would like to set up a drip campaign to my 'sphere' where it will email to them at the beginning of every month. Somewhat like a monthly newsletter that's automated (using a template). From what I can gather so far, CMS2 has no capability to set up a drip that emails on specific dates. So my question is this:

Has anyone found a workaround for emailing on or around the beginning of each month? Or, say, any specific day of the month?

I believe that we coded something for one client in Florida that will send an specific campaign to a particular group once a month ... I do not recall all the details or the estimate - however if you are interested I can gather them for you.

If you are going to just to it once per month - you might start off with once a month creating a template then sending out the email manually to select leads.
