Tell a friend Plugins

Anyone know (and used) any simple "tell a friend" plugins for Wordpress? Looking for something to add that will enable the surfer to easily email a link to the post to a friend.

2. digg
3. Delicious
4. twitter

For your SEO fanatics, do you have concerns that you are leaking Google Juice off your site to these other sites such as Digg or StumbleUpon? Do you nofollow them (if possible)?
