Ok, I'll concede, sort of... it is a lot of spending, it is a lot of work... it is a lot of busy work, though.

But, here is the problem as I see it ...

Has anyone ever seen a government contracted project come in on budget? Much less under budget.

I fear that we will have a whole lot of half-baked (incomplete) projects that require much more money than the estimates that our legislatures budgeted for.
