Hi,
So, the other day I asked you to change out our default email address and name on the email section of the Lead Management. This was done. I have noticed a couple things though...Now when we go to the Accept/Pending Lead section, the only agents names are Rachael Wilson and Keith and Rachael. Does this mean we won't get an option to have just Keith Cook anymore since you changed our email and name in the email screen? Also, the bigger issue is that I noticed that once that was changed, we no longer get a email in our inbox after we accept someone as a lead and set them up on a search....Those emails don't show up in our inbox like they do when you just accept the lead as Rachael. They should go out to the realestate@buyermax.com email each time.
Can we fix this?
