My name is Randy Hernandez and I am one of the partners of a call center called Premium Outsourcing Services an American Telemarketing Association Member, we are located in the Dominican Republic right next to Puerto Rico and only two and half hours away from the United States.

Our rates start at around US$ 6. 95 per hour depending on the project/campaign and its requirements. How can we provide this service at this rate you may ask?

The reason is simple we have been in the business for over 15 years and have developed great relationships with T1 (dedicated phone line) providers, LD (Long Distance) providers and our experience has taught us how to get the biggest bang for the buck. The formula for our success is simple:
Lower operating cost in our center equals lower rates for our clients.

What we then do is pass on these savings to our clients while other call centers are charging an average of US$10.00 per hour.

We have the most sophisticated dialers in the market, the best Fiber Optic T1 lines not copper, Fiber provides the most reliable connection possible. All our agents are bilingual (English/Spanish), vigorously tested not only for their verbal skills but all written skills.
I would say that probably 90% of our agents have either lived in the states or have at least visited the states; therefore they are very familiar with the American lingo and culture.
