Is it possible to get a free Y directory submission? I've searched and found several places telling how to go about submitting to the Y directory but when I try to follow these steps I am always directed to "pay 299$" screen.
Am I doing something wrong or is the only way to get into the Y dirctory to pay?

The current fee for Yahoo! Directory Submit is a nonrefundable, recurring annual fee of $299 for each web site submitted.
