Default Multiple Items... Need a Quote

I'm planning on making changes to my template in the near future, so I would like to get an estimate on what it will cost to make these changes.

    Website Enhancements

    Search Results Page

    1. Add 150-200 characters of description to every listing.
    a. Must be a link above the photo, similar to http://www.luxurysarasotarealestate....s=&submit=true
1 hour design 15 mins programming
    2. Add # of photos for every listing, if possible.
    a. The link should read for example “12 photos”.
    b. Must be placed under the main picture.
30 minutes design 30 mins programming.
    3. Add color to “View Details” and “Add to Favorites” buttons.
15 minutes design. Any colour specifications?Something brownish. I'd like all the buttons throughout the IDX to be the same color.

    4. Place “Bedrooms” and “Bathrooms” on the same line.
    a. Half bathrooms are currently not being displayed. They need to be displayed. For example, if the house has 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, it should be displayed as 4/2.
1.5 hours design 15 mins programmingCan you please provide a quote without placing bedrooms and bathrooms on the same line? Leave as is, just add half bathrooms. For example: Bathrooms: 4/2
    15-30 minutes design
    5. Add the name of the subdivision.
    30 minutes design.

    Listing Details Page
    1. Add fields.
    a. Number of Days on the Market Which field is this named in the excel sheet? It would need to be a formula that calculates the number of days between today and ListDate field.
Ok - we'll check if we can derive fields from the data in TREND - 30 mins programming
    b. Add payment frequency for HOA.
    c. Age of the property.
    d. Display the year right next to property taxes. *Where is the "Property Taxes" field? Perhaps it only shows on certain listings? Got any examples? In our MLS, the taxes that are listed on the property are as of the year when it was listed. For example, if the house was listed in 2008, the year of the property taxes is 2008. So in order to get the year you would need to pull out the year from the ListDate field.
    e. Add a link to Virtual Tour.
    f. “Print” page should reflect what’s on the Listing Details page.
2 hours design 1hr programming. Can you please provide a quote without updating the Print page. I don't think too many people are using it, so we can leave the page as is.
About 1 hour design to skin the new fields on the details page where needed without applying to the print page
    2. Add “Show Map” link next to the address.
    a. Make the address appear on only 2 lines, instead of 3 lines.
    30 minutes design.
    b. The link should appear next to the address section below the price, not the H1 header.
    30 minutes design.
    3. Add some spice to the page.
    a. Make the price font larger/bolder.
    b. Change the color of the “Back to Search Results” button.
15 minutes design for a) and b) together
    c. Change the font and/or color of the H1 tag (address of the property).
    15 minutes design
    d. Make the page look a little better.
    e. Maybe reorganize some fields to make it look more appealing.
    f. Will need guidance from REW.
    2-3 hours design for d), e) and f).
    4. Add “Click Here to Request a Detailed Listing Sheet” image/link.
    a. Similar to http://www.buysarasota.com/idx/resid...9/details.html
    1 hour design.
    b. The link has a nice color contrast and a call to action qualities – I would like something similar on the page. The colors must match the overall color of the website. Something in brownish/orange tone.
"Contact Client" Call to Action graphic - 3 hours design.
    c. When a user clicks on the link, it should take them to the same page as “Inquire” and “Request a Showing”.
Ok - sounds good. Included in a)
    d. A new line should be added in the dropdown at the Contact form above.
    i. “I Would like to Request a Detailed Listing Sheet”
30 minutes design 30 mins programming.
    5. Add more fields to “Contact” page.
    a. Whenever someone clicks on “Inquire”, “Request a Showing” or “Click Here to Request a Detailed Listing Sheet”, the “Contact” form should include the fields in red that are on this page: http://www.ephiladelphiarealestate.com/buying.php.
    1hr design 30 mins programming.
    b. I want to know more about a user when I receive an email from them.
Sounds good. a) should help achieve this.
    c. The fields should not be required.
    Sounds good.
    6. Add “Ask a Question” section.
    a. It’s compact “Contact” form at the bottom of the page that users can fill out and ask a question about a property.
Will this only be on the IDX Details page? About 2-3 hours design + programming. It would be on Listing Details pages only.
    About 2-3 hours design
    b. An email should come to me with
    i. an appropriate subject
    ii. information about a property
    iii. information about a user
    iv. question that was asked.
    v. Since the user is already logged in, do they have to fill out their contact information? I would prefer to have just one text box where users can type in their question. When they click on “Submit” button, I would receive an email with their contact information. I don’t want them to fill out their contact information. Is that possible? If it’s too much work, let’s include the fields on the form so they have to fill in their contact information. Sample of what I’m referring to can be found on Zillow. Go to any listing details and scroll down the page. You will see a “Home Q&A” section.
Does the message stay on the details page? Or simply email you - let me know if you want it to stay on the details page and we can check if that will pass compliance and estimate the time it will take to implement It just needs to be emailed to me. It doesn't need to stay on the page.
    2hrs Programming.
    7. Add “Similar Homes” Section
    a. Similar to http://www.buysarasota.com/idx/resid...7/details.html
    b. The H tag should read “Similar Properties to 123 Happy Street (MLS #: 5445544)”
    c. I love the look of it, so I would like something very similar.
    d. Will need guidance from REW on how the criteria is setup to pull similar properties.
2 hours design 2hrs programming. ( it would pull listings with a similar price and city name) I don't think that will work. If someone is looking at new construction homes for $500K in ABC City, I would want the user to see only new construction homes. They shouldn't see houses that are 100 years old. They're not similar homes even though the price and location is similar. Same goes for 55+ communities. Same goes for townhomes. Let me think about this one and come up with a list of requirements for how it should behave.
ok - let us know. Base estimate is 2hrs - depending on how complex you want this to be it may require more time.
    IDX Search Page
    1. Add color to “Search” button.
15 minutes design. - Any specific color requirement?
    2. Re-work “Property Type” section.
    a. “Residential” property type should always be assumed when someone searches for a property.
30 mins programming Do you want the look of this section reworked by design? No, the design does not need to change.
No design needed - Sounds good.
    3. Remove all 3 radio buttons.
    Ok.
    4. Add the following check boxes:
    b. Single Family/Detached
    c. Townhome/Townhouse
    d. Condo
    e. New Construction
    f. Active Adult/55+
    g. User should have the ability to select any combination of options, for example:
    i. Searching for a townhome that is a new construction, located in a 55+ community.
    h. The header should remain “Property Type”.
    i. When I’m on the Lead Details screen and I click on “Searches” tab and if the user saved a search, I want to see the check boxes they selected in the Property Types section.
    3hrs programming 1hr Design
    5. Add another tab at the top of the page.
    j. Name of the tab “by School District”.
    k. Positioned between “by MLS Number” and “by Map”.
    l. When a user clicks on the link, it should take them to http://www.ephiladelphiarealestate.c...ty-schools.php.
    30 minutes design.
    “Saved Search” Email
    1. Do not include the last name in the text of the email.
    15 mins programming
    2. Add my contact information at the bottom of the page.
1 hour design. It takes 1 hour to add 6 lines of text?

About 15-30 minutes to position it nicely on the page, and then the other 30 minutes to style it.

    3. With guidance from REW, I need advice on the following:
    a. Subject of the email.
You may find some advice in the forums, or you can order some consulting time - otherwise, I would just think long and hard about your target market and what will a) prevent them deleting the email without opening it, and b) impose your branding into their delicate psyche.
    b. Additional text/call to action inside the email.
3 hours design. Specifications to the type of CTA? -- Still need clarification here.
    c. Maybe reorganize/redesign the email to make it look better and more professional.
    3 hours design.

    Sure, no rush.

I know it's a lot of stuff, but it's what I've been collecting over time. Once I know the price tag, I'll be able to prioritize this list.

Take your time, but don't forget.
