For my featured listings, is it set up to automatically pull new listings or do I have to add them manually?

Looks like yours is set up a bit custom. You can enter MLS numbers manually using the "Featured Listing" manager .... or if you have none there it'll pull them using your agent ID. ( this is for the one that is on the top left nav )
