The White House was saved from foreclosure!

Well, MAYBE not the one you were thinking of!

Atlanta home that replicated the White House almost fell to foreclosure when builder/owner Fred Milani received a foreclosure notice for 1.7M.

A community advocate group rallied around Milani and hooked him up with a lawyer that renegotiated the repayment of his loan.

Home is now not in foreclosure, but still for sale 9.8M. What a listing that would be!!

I checked out the "White House" on FMLS. The inside is more spectacular than the outside. The ornate details of the Oval Office is amazing. He should give tours of the home to help pay his mortgage.

The article mentioned that he lets people stay at in the Lincoln Bedroom for free as apposed to Bill Clinton who charged $50,000.

What is the status of the listing?
