"send to friend" email signature

HI,

Not sure if this question belongs on the email board or CMS, or elsewhere...

When viewing listing details on my site, the user can click the "send to friend" button, which goes to the "friend.html" form page. If they fill this out it sends an email that we get a copy of.

How do I modify the "signature" of this email message?

It currently reads:

Dear Jason,
While searching for property on http://www.leslieeskildsen.com/idx/, Larissa thought you might be interested in the following property MLS #S539135.
Click the link below to view the property details http://www.leslieeskildsen.com/idx/r...5/details.html
If you have any questions about this property, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I would like to change the end to be:

Hi Paul,

That email template signature is not available from the CMS - it's something we would have to update - it would fit into a 15 min project to change that signature text - please approve the time and we'll get it done as soon as possible.
