Wrong visual tour on our websites

I noticed that on both www.advantagerealestate.com and www.coasthome.net
the non branded visual tour displays instead of the branded tour that should, on both sites.

This is for both our sites and only a example of one listing but all seem to be this way.

It appears that's what the MLS board provides in the IDX Feed - the non branded visual tour. Sorry - that's the only virtual tour URL that we get.

Thanks Aaron, I didn't realize you only get the public link. I need to find out from our MLS if they can send you the private link for Advantage Real Estates virtual tours. Realtor.com and trulia show the private tour and not sure how they get that link only. Any thoughts on this appreciated. -Ross

Might be in the RETS feed that we are using for the documents. If it is then we will need to set up a work order for us to pull the virtual tours from that Feed. I'll check and get back to you on that.

Hi Ross,

The branded tour is in the RETS feed. It would likely take about 3-4hrs programming to set up a script to grab the branded tour from the RETS feed.
